How does Wehost4u provide free email if I register a domain or purchase a hosting plan?

A hosting plan includes professional email for the first year. Email is not included with a domain purchase.

Can I download the five Office apps on my employees’ computers if I purchase the Business Professional plan?

A Business Professional plan includes desktop Office licenses associated with an individual user’s account, including sign-in and password information. If an employee downloads a copy of your documents, they can access them.

Do I have the option of transferring my existing emails, contacts, etc.?

Does the Business Professional plan include desktop applications?

If you’re a PC or Mac user, you can download the latest versions of Office apps, including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, and Microsoft Teams. The Office apps included in the Business Professional plan are Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams.*

What is email hosting?

Your website’s domain can be an email address, such as you@yourdomain.com. This allows you to keep your emails secure and accessible wherever you are.

Is my hosted business email secure?

Professional Business Email plans protect you against spam, malware, and known threats through Exchange Online Protection through Microsoft 365. Advanced Email Security can serve as an additional layer of security.  

Do WeHost4U email plans include a spam filter?

Through Microsoft 365, WeHost4U email plans let you set up and manage spam filters so your inbox stays free of junk mail. 

Does WeHost4U offer free email forwarding?

The M365 Email subscription from WeHost4U includes email forwarding. This feature allows you to create aliases for specific business purposes (such as info@yourcompany.com, sales@, and support@). Forward the messages to your primary email account, and all messages will be delivered to one place. You will look professional and appear to your customers as a more significant business if you forward your domain-based emails to your personal email accounts (you@yourcompany.com).
